About the Event
Assistant Secretary Douglas Frantz '71, Bureau of Public Affairs, will present "From DePauw to Diplomacy".

Prior to joining the State Department in 2013, Mr. Frantz spent 35 years as a newspaper editor and journalist.  He shared a Pulitzer Prize for his coverage of 9/11, and has authored or co-authored 10 non-fiction books.  Mr. Frantz began working in 2009 for then-Senator John Kerry as deputy staff director and chief investigator of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
